Have a little chat with Jenny, the mastermind behind Bon-licious, and you will be touched by her kindness and her warmth. Originally from Taiwan, she has worked in catering for a while before starting Bon-licious Food Hall. She wants to provide a platform for the younger generation today to showcase their talents in the food and beverage industry where rent and labour costs are often two huge deterrents. In their two current locations, they feature Gourmet Library, Ka Ki Lang and our SocialVegan friend Pura Vida. Her insistence on using only high quality ingredients without cutting any corners means that everything we get from Bon-licious is nothing short of natural and hearty.
They offer different types of vegan options at their Caine Road and Quarry Bay location. Vegan salads, toasts, overnight oats, granola, etc.! A brand isn't just about the products. It is also about the personality of the team behind. With Bon-licious, you are in very good hands. Let's hear more about their story!
Story behind Bon-licious…
Bon-licious Food Hall is a shared kitchen featuring different chefs and brands passionate about food. The name, Bon-licious, comes from bon appetit and delicious. It's a symbol of multi-culture with chefs and flavors from all over the world. The diversity and variety are what makes Bon-licious a food hall. We now feature Gourmet Library, Ka Ki Lang and Pura Vida. Gourmet Library focuses on hearty and cozy American food, Ka Ki Lang on Taiwanese food while Pura Vida on overnight oat and granola. Gourmet Library provides a selection of vegan options such as avocado toast, beetroot hummus avocado toast, kale beetroot with quinoa salad, lemon zest broccoli, roasted sweet potato with cranberries, roasted pumpkin with hummus, etc. The chef of Gourmet Library is now testing more vegan desserts and will surely share with the community soon!
